Our Services

D.A.Y Centres (Day Respite Programs)

Structured, individualized daycare. Respite and relief for those who are caring for people with Alzheimer's Disease and related disorders.

Social Worker Support Program

Our Social Workers provide counselling and support through home, office, and community visits, or by telephone conferences.

Family Support Groups

Family Support Groups provide the forum to learn and understand how to cope with and care for people with Alzheimer's Disease and related disorders. These meetings run monthly all year, except for the months of July and August.

Resource Library

Our library contains a combination of over 200 publications and videos, all available for you to borrow. The wide range of publications are suitable for family members, professional caregivers, and healthcare providers. This service is free.

Wandering Registry

Wandering may be a symptom of Alzheimer's Disease and related disorders. This registry assists York Regional Police to quickly identify and return lost or wandering persons to their caregiver.
Applications are available by contacting: (905) 731-6611 or (905) 895-1337.
